I saw a lot of email submit offers on Maxbounty.

But I don't think they pay per email submit.

Because I sent a bunch of clicks to offers and still zero conversions.

What's your experience with this kind of offers?

I also had same experience.
I also want to know about SOI, Because it have different meanings I guess.
Am I wrong about SOI?

From what I learned from Basstrackerboats, they review your submissions.

Email submits are known to have a high scrub rate.

You can check the EPC on the CPA network to have a good idea which offers convert higher though.

What traffic source did you use?

I use multiple traffic sources but mainly Meta & Snap

Those are typically fine but do check and see if the advertiser allows that as that will have an effect on your EPC.

Some of those advertisers do not allow social and some love it... email submits are usually not an issue with SM traffic but you should check to be sure.

It's probably per hundreds? Not sure but I doubt that maxbounty will pay per email submitted.

I think they pay randomly.
Sometimes you will get lead with just email submit, Sometimes the traffic has to complete the offer, and Sometimes you will not get the lead even if the traffic completed all.

After users submit their email, most offers typically guide them to a survey page. Upon completing the survey, advertisers consider them as conversions.

This is the Reality of most of the Email Submit offers.

And here is how you can misinterpret that.

Once they submit their mail address, they're giving access to their private inbox.

Anything like opening any email message from advertiser can be classified as participation.

Whatever...

They convert on submit (conversion) and there is no question about that.

The fact they don't always convert on submit is advertisers fault. Well, if they paid just for every submission they'd cut their budget a lot. ;)

Wouldn't you take some free mails if you could as an advertiser? I know you would. :D

In short, they expect a certain conversion rate on their end, so no sales no payment.
