​I am an account manager for a leading online casino brand. For those that don't know, 99% or reputable casino brands pay hefty CPA (depending on region), up to $500 on a $20 baseline or a percentage of commissionable revenue (up to 60%) for the life of the player/s derived. It is a very cut throat industry as some affiliates earn well above $100k monthly. I am confident in saying that only affiliates who rank for quality keywords or do blackhat (particulalry PPC blackhat) earn the cream of the crop.
