I don't think so. Whales are in control, this China FUD is just for institutions to buy back lower, it doesn’t make sense for china to ban a billionaire business, mostly operated in china. (Mining)

Yes, my prediction, maybe bounce down to 15K within 3-4 weeks, then up to 75K by the end of this year.
