Dmitry Panova Services (dmitrypanova.blogspot.com) is a site that claims to be selling traffic. My friend recommended the site after using them for like 3 months. I contact him/her/them via email asking for the mode of payment. I eventually opted for Bitcoin when their PayPal account was unable to receive money.
I placed an order for a month plan ($100) and I sent an email informing them of my payment. Dmitry replied confirming my payment to his wallet. He now added that there was no available slot, advising me to add extra $100 to get the $200 monthly plan or I send my wallet address to be refunded. I said that is out of my budget and I would appreciate a refund.
After 1 hour, he sent another email that I should wait for 18 hours because a slot would be available soon. After the 18 hours, he sent a mail that my panel would be ready on 27th January 12:00am PST. Every since then, I have not received any message from him. I sent him emails but he refused to reply them. I used another email address to contact him like a new customers making an enquiry, he responding after 30 minutes.
I have informed him to refund my money but he has refused to do so. BTW, my friend is no more getting traffic and he cannot even access his panel anymore.
So in case you intend doing business with this scam site in the future, don't lose your money. They will run away with it. I and my friend have learned our lessons. Do business with Dmitry Panova Services (dmitrypanova.blogspot.com) at your own risk.
