There really is no perfect number to give as each account is going to be a bit different depending on the trust and age of the account.... my suggestion would be to start DMing people and see for yourself what the limits are.

i create a new account to dm followers to ask to follow my main account and get blocked after 2 days and only 10 message send

I've pushed it to about 20 messages in an hour in the past on Instagram, but this was a wile ago.
I'd imagine it also depends on what kinda stuff you're sending out, if it's spammy stuff once a couple of people have reported that it's game over.
Just make sure not every message you send is absolutely identical, because you will get a ban for that.
