Movies website gets dmca every second and they still pop up every second. When you are in a black hat niche there is always a risk but if it's worth you keep pushing itdont you think DMCA will request a removal of the 301 domain from google

if this would get a DMCA removal: domain.com/how-to-do-this
i would change it to this: domain.com/how-to-do-this-2
then wait for google to re-index the changed permalink and it would work. But if you got a DMCA to your homepage, then im not sure how to help you. better to get a new domain, but sooner tha later the same thing will happen on your new domain.
