DMCA protected media streaming services

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a streaming service where I could host my videos and get paid for views (advertisements). I'm mainly posting movies, TV series and anime so I'll prefer a DMCA free host. I got some options from DoodStream and Filemoon but I'm not sure if they're DMCA ignored or not. I've tried finding VidPlay as piracy giants including F-Movies and 9anime are using them but I guess they're invite only and their contact form is also broken so I got no luck there.

Also if you know of any DMCA free adult streaming platform which pays per views then please do share that as well. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
