Looks like @SMMnet is resorting to the Fabian Strategy, since the response rate has significantly dropped.

Still interested in that ip thingy and what it actually means.
"That response rate" has not gotten slow. My LIVE chat is in snooze. When you try to message, it says Business Hours: Monday - Friday (0900 - 1400 CST).

So you are now going through $1.75 million a month in advertising, yet don't hire anyone to keep the site's support running 24/7/365?

Still avoiding the question...

Well, anyone else that’s interested in hearing what @SMMnet has to say about what it really means, here’s some entertainment for you, while we wait for the actual answer.

It sure as shit could use a couple of views, so don’t hesitate to actually watch it.

Hopefully we get the answers after the break.

Once you hire someone else to talk to your clients, you start to lose sight of the issues going on with the service. I will continue to run my own customer support since this way I am fully aware of any problems anyone might have. Also, I do not need a team to tell clients to wait because I have all access as I am the owner. Also, if you hire a customer support team, then you don't get to give your clients recommendations on SMM growth when they ask for it. Thanks for the comment but I have done this multiple times with multiple companies. I know what works best for me personally.

You should put energy into fixing your site instead of going after copycats

Also what's up with all those little icons sticking to your text, haven't you learned about spacing

Thank you, I will be sure to put energy into fixing this. They should be emoji's. They are not showing up for you for some reason and I do not know why...

Can only afford a $50 script too. Never mind the fact that he can't afford the $10 for DMCA and is using the free DMCA badge. Even though he says he is using the paid version. Yet clearly isn't if you click on his badge. But who gives a fuck about facts when shit just naturally rolls off your tongue.

Aha they're emoji's, as a professional I assume you know that emoji's are only supported on recent platforms but chose to have an incompatible site for half of the world just so you can use those things

Well, yes. Emoji's are offered on multiple Social Media Platforms... If the site is not compatible for you, I will be sure to look into it. Thanks

I'm on Windows 7, w7 doesn't have the emoji char set. Use image files for them instead if you really wanna use that stuff

.

You literally are spinning the lack of expansion as "being better" to try to show off. You also don't hire customer support to handle recommendations you hire people that are experienced in SMM, and analytics and make them use the system that you developed. So they are unable to compete when they leave, you make them sign a non-compete contract.

If needed, yea that would be a better approach then hiring just a random customer support team, yes. But in order to find those people, I need to train them myself. You know how many college guys who just got out of 4 years of "marketing classes" and don't know how to increase a click on an ad? Many of them. You don't hand over keys to your Ferrari unless you know the guy knows how to drive it.

You use a site like Indeed and post a job offer, and in the job offer, you tell what kind of education and experience you are looking for in an employee. You can put in the proposal that you are for example searching for someone with a BA in Marketing and 2-3 years of marketing experience related to social media. You can even list what programs and skills you also require them to be proficient in.

Yeah I've done that too. I have some contacts but I am just not at the point now where I need a customer support team. If you can provide services that actually work and are accurate to descriptions, the support inquires stay low!

Hard to fuck up 40 monthly visitors.

About 1 per day.

Also, thanks for the branding help of my logo! I hope you don't expect a monthly fee though..
