Diving more into SEO recently...

Hello guys,

I've been diving more and more into SEO lately, the technical SEO part is
quite easy to understand, but i also understand that there are tools
that help outside the technical side and can save me tons of time.

But i still have a few questions, i do not ask for your secret sauce
or golden twist, just some basic understandings

Other SEO related questions:
1. There are many SEO auditing tools, but sometimes i get the feeling they give
false positives. E.g. one of the tools claims that there is no sitemap or robots.xml
while the file is there, and no other auditting tools give the same error.
I feel like some false positives happens on purpose to get you into their paid plans.

2. Do i really need to care about having a A+ on everything in google pagespeed insight?
I often work to 8/9's other seems to be false errors or that my score is getting
punished because of certain 'flashy animations' while the page load time is already very fast.
I wonder if people even like to have a pixelated background instead of a 720p quality
or so.

3. Are blogs still viable today? some people claim you need 800 words,
other claims to have 1500, 2500 what do you guys think? Do you need
a lot of blogs or just a few quality blogs?

4. How about backlinks? Is it still viable? Can this be automated by some
GSA tool? Or you still need some quality BL?

Is it still viable today and can it somewhat save up cost long term? If not what would be a realistic cost for captcha's (by humans)

what's the question here?? Yes, they do use sneaky tactics like that, but what's question? I can't figure out...

100/100 would be ideal, but if you can't achieve that I think there's a minimum acceptable threshold of 95, I don't know where I've read this but I think it's true because google does value speed a lot these days...

as long as the googlebot needs information to "live" blogs will matter. But you have to find topics not addressed by other people (very hard to do nowadays as every niche seems saturated), and - equally important - you have to index the damn thing (indexing new stuff is very hard and slow lately).

So yeah, I would say that blogs are still relevant, but it's harder to make them work due to competition and google's insane rules and filters...

As for content length, this one depends as well, it depends on the keyword(s) / topic you cover, as well as on what your competition does. If the other 9 guys that rank on page 1, alongside you, have content between 600 and 900 words and you create 5000 words long content you might, or might not rank (at some point there was this thing called "the black sheep of SEO" which basically meant that if your competition does something and ranks, but you're doing something different but don't rank then it's most likely because google considers that you're not like the other guys and so you don't deserve to rank. I've never gotten to test this theory, but it's an interesting one for sure, and if its true, too... well... you should probably not be VERY MUCH different to your competition, you might want to be only a little different

)

So anyway, there's no exact number on how long your content should be, just check your competitions and try to stay within their averages' limits...

yes, they're still viable, and yes, they can also be automated. Also yes, you do need quality BLs too...

there are a lot of false positives with these external tools. some might be indeed to get you to buy the premium versions, its hard to tell.

no you don't. of course its good to optimize, but look at major sites they often have very bad page speed scores.
even including code from google like adsense can impact the speed... so just make sure your site performs well and doesnt load too slow, but it doesnt need to be perfect to rank.
many news sites have very bad page speed scores, yet they rank very well.

there is no exact number and i think its best to mix it up. it doesnt look natural if all your posts have say 800 words.
there are also many sites that rank with less. its about the content really. if people find it useful, 500 words can rank well too.

yes backlinks are still important. you can use tools, but its also good to mix them up and have some from real domains (i.e. homepage links) and not just comment/forum/cgi links etc

public proxies are often overused fast and banned by SE's as many people use them.
they can work, but its better to use private/rotating proxies to get better results.

its not very good compared to other tools like XEvil which can solve way more captchas including recaptcha and hcaptcha.

yep not hard to automate this yourself if you have some coding knowledge. its basically email spam as you spam contact forms.
could be useful if you have a plan on how to target the audience you spam, but otherwise kind of useless as there is so much contact form spam already.

i would say this is kind of useless, better use ahrefs, semrush etc if you want these metrics.

if you have a list of urls, it helps you identify the platforms that are used by these websites.
helps you to filter link lists for posting backlinks.

there are better solutions, but if you need quick content for spammy web2.0 then it could work.
AI content works much better as its more readable. don't know where you heard that it isnt appreciated, as even google has no problem with AI content as they state in their ToS.
its actually a good way to get much content in a short amount of time if you use AI tools, instead of having to write all yourself or pay writers to do it.
there are a ton of sites ranking with AI rightnow and it will just increase. i highly doubt this will go away and google wont punish AI sites as long as they are useful.
