Hi guys, I just need some suggestions to help me with procrastination

I have a low level of stamina and this caused me a lot of failures. I never started a project and ended it. I'm failing at the college because of this too.

I'm really distracted, have ZERO motivation, And I'm totally paralyzed. I think I'm losing my sanity slowly.

Any suggestion will help blackhatters

Think about the reward

Take a break for a month from your routine? Even at a loss to your budget. I can promise it will do the job (works for me every time)

Find your motivation. My motivation is making money .. I can always be in the laziest mood with no urge to work and I get a sale, then I’m off!! Find the thing that motivates you and use it.

well if you keep procrastinating you will feel like this rest of your life and end up hating each day. You are the only one who can change

Go talk with a doctor and see what she/he says.

tnx for your suggestion. but I told that I'm broke and when I say broke I really mean it. I only have enough money for the next 20 days. LOL

I suppose you need a break from your activities and restore the necessary focus to get things done.

You have to know what you want. Why are you starting the project? Just to test if it works or not or because it's something you generally want to do for the long term? If it's a long term thing you will naturally find a way to make it work.

I would take a look at the biggest distractions that you face in a day. That could be people, your own working/living space (is it tidy?), social media (including Youtube), music/TV, or even general browsing and using this very forum. The fact you have made this thread could be dangerous as this forum is a good place to find answers to important questions and if you find your answer maybe you'll browse more often than you should in hope you'll find something else?

If that didn't make sense just remember this: You already know what your main distractions are more than anybody else could diagnose. You can watch all the motivational videos, read all the time-saving books as this will give you knowledge, but implementing a solution/cure can only be done once you have decided what you want to do one you have actually overcome this obstacle.

Focus less on instant gratification and quick goals and focus more on developing into a better worker, better human being and you will notice change. Work on your tidiness - physical and digital (clear all unnecessary bookmarks and desktop icons and old files that have little relevance), try and gradually reduce the amount of time you spend in front of a screen (it can mentally tire you, and there are many distractions) and you should be ok.

Workout and meditate. Drink a lot of water and don't eat shitty foods. Create an environment where working on your goals are easier than procrastinating (uninstall games, install stayfocusd chrome extension to block time wasting sites like reddit, etc., prep the day before and set up the tools you need to do what you've been wanting to do. The book "Willpower doesn't work" talks about this subject in detail).
And, pretty much everything else above.

That's what happened to me now LOL. Wasting too much time reading on BHW XD
