Hello,

My ad was dissaproved due to Malicious Software, then I noticed a lot of supicious files in my file manager, identified it as Japanese SEO Spam. Also searched my domain in Google and could see a dozen of organic results in the SERP of Japanese advertising towards different items and clothing. Did a clean up (deleting all files, created new cPanel account, reinstalling fresh theme etc). Went in to my ads account to appeal, Ad got into review, about an hour or two later the ad comes back with the same status Dissaproved - (Malicious Software).

If the site is clean, will the ad get approved instantly?

If not, I noticed in the organic SERP that the Japanese advertisments connected to my domain is still there, Google hasn't indexed the new cleaned page for organic results. Could that be why? - Do I just simply wait?

Appriciate if someone who has had the same experience and solved it could give me a helping hand.

Thanks,
Blackbeard

Try running some of these website scanners and check the results.

I've tried several scanners, all of them says that my site is now clean. - I also have a paid plugin (with good reviews) that I used to scan the site when I first noticed the malware, at the time that scanner found a lot of files. Now it does not find anything.

As everything is fresh even the cPanel account, there should not be anything, except if the malware has infected my WHM account. Or maybe something resides on the hostings server that I can not control/modify.

My next step if I can't get a good solution is to set it up on a new hosting/server.

If everything is clean, then I would wait before appealing again. It shouldn't take too long.
Or you could try to disavow the bad links, personally I would wait.

Ok thanks, I do not use Search Console as I do Blackhat, I've thought about this as well and will try if nothing else works. For SEO sites I've seen that it takes about two weeks for the site to recover after disavowing a Japanese SEO spam, hopefullt that wont be this case to get ads approved again.

But as you said I will wait and take it from there. Thanks for the input! Appriciate it!
