Dissagreement with seidisurb

Im not saying scammed, maybe its just a missunderstanding.
I cant reach him via skype or forum.
my concern is regardint this thread:

He offered his work for 150 GBP in Steam vouchers to 50 each. 50 as down payment, 100 after the job is done.
he started last friday (23.09.) after i sent 50 EUR (we decided to switch to EUR) in steam code vouchers.
via skype he told me then to be finished in 15 hrs "from now", would have been saturday(24.09) morining UK time.
Saturday evening he said that he is hungover and needs time untill sunday.(25.09)
since then I did not hear anything about him.
Now its monday.(26.09)
