Dispute Summary:
I was looking to buy AWS 25K Credit account and I have approached a lot of sellers who are offering this. Decided to go with @SMMCrunch with Escrow.com. But he couldn't verify his bank details at Escrow and that initial deal was cancelled. Later i was in urgent need of the account and @SMMCrunch said he has a vendor offering an account, He will buy from him and sell with a profit. He insisted on using @CryptoXcrow (On telegram) as a Middle Man service. Deal started on 18th Jan 2025 and Until today neither services was delivered as promise nor the refund is processed. @SMMCrunch agreed to give me Azure credits and arrange another AWS Account as courtesy but he kept on delaying that too. In short, i used an escrow service on telegram as he introduced it, Paid the money but didn't receive the service.

What you hope to gain from this Dispute Resolution:
I strongly believe @SMMCrunch is not a scammer but my judgement could be clouded with his convincing promises hence i reached out to support and now i m here at dispute resolution. I want him to keep his end of the bargain if not then i need the refund of the deposit i have made to his trusted @CryptoXcrow. If support finds him to be a malicious actor, they can take any judgement that seems fit.

Additional Information:
For anyone assuming i blindly entered in the trade without confirming anything.

1. He introduce me to another person from my country and this person vouched for him.
2. He assured me if i am having trust issues i can come to his country and complete the trade as the person vouched for him does it.
3. He shared the screenshots and transaction details where he did trade with other users.
4. During the trade using @CryptoXcrow on telegram, since the deal fell apart because his seller's account was not legit. He promised me he will give me Azure credits worth $5K and Find another AWS Account so that we can have long term business (which is what i wanted in the first place, long term business).

I am happy to answer (with proofs) any questions support may have.

@SMMCrunch claims that his other trade with the other seller is also stuck and @CryptoXcrow hasn't issued any refund there either but i do not have any evidence to accept his claim.

PS: Support, I would also like to use this same dispute thread against @CryptoXcrow as well.

I am opening this dispute to report and seek resolution against the user SMMCrunch, who is also a member of this forum. They scammed me by offering false Twitter Gold verification and affiliate services.


Summary of the Issue:


• I contacted @SMMCrunch on Telegram after seeing their claims to provide Twitter Gold verification and affiliate accounts.


• They quoted me $650 for crypto projects twitter gold.


• The seller promised verification within a short time (less than 15 minutes), but after payment, they failed to deliver.


• Despite my follow-ups, they made excuses and eventually stopped responding.

Information For The Accused
@SMMCrunch - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. I am sorry for your loss to @GustavoFung but I would like to thank you for sharing the screenshot of the payment request by him on BEP20. This confirms he and cryptoxcrow are the same guy.

@BassTrackerBoats as you can see in the group he made for 3 of us i made the payment on the same crypto wallet which SMMCrunch gave Gustavo as his own. I dont know who else have fallen victim of his scam.

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

• I suggested paying after the campaigns were running, but he insisted on upfront payment using an "MM" (Middleman).
• He referred me to a Telegram group called CryptoXcrow [Escrow Service] (@CryptoXcrowSupport).
• They created a professional-looking group with only three members: me, the scammer, and the "MM."
• After I made a TRC20 crypto transaction, no one replied to me.
• As you can see in the attached proofs, he asked me to trust him because he holds a Jr.VIP rank on the BHW forum.

Upon investigation, I discovered I wasn't the first victim of this scam.

Please be cautious and avoid dealing with @SMMCrunch or any similar setups.

If a seller insists on an escrow service you never heard about, it's technically not different than paying upfront.

Sorry you got scammed by this lowlife worm, and I hope you learned from it.
