@Zera Api claimed he has GCP 100k credits account, then I paid him.
After payment received, @Zera Api just find different reasons to avoid sending accounts or refund.
Now it's already 5 days, still nothing from @Zera Api .

I was looking for someone who can sell me $1k aws credit accounts and I posted in the WTB section of the forum.

After charging $180 for the aws account, he kept giving excuses to delay the delivery. He promised to deliver within one hour after the payment but never delivered anything. When I asked for a refund, he delayed that process by saying he needs to contact his team to process the refund. When I mentioned about opening up a dispute resolution, he deleted all his messages.
