Dispute Opened by malloxis

Malloxis deposited 385$ in my smm panel to purchase services and put order in panel.



After that he PMed in forum regarding status of the order.



And then opened a PayPal Dispute and said he will close the dispute only after order is finished. I said i can't proceed and will have to cancel the order and he is now asking for full refund. How can i proceed further with dispute open.. If he won't close the dispute I will be in loss of more than 380$.

Please help.
