it was all good. I bought another one. And the 3rd day they are telling me I'm making spam and they have abuse reports.





This is not true, I run my operation in different ISP and Proxy providers, I had no problem before.





I kindly asked them for a solution, but they told me there is no refund because I harmed their network and they have some abuse reports. They refused to share any details and hold my money.





I have my rights to see the abuse reports that explain why/what time/which ip/which request made the problem. Otherwise this should not be okay.

I ordered one server, all was fine. Few hours later, I ordered another one. Now they are accusing me I'm doing abuse which is not true. And they can't even share me abuse details. They just telling me high traffic usage, we will block your account. I want money back or use my service like they advertised.

Information For The Accused
@LightningRoxies, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter

As we mentioned in one of your pictures (https://pasteboard.co/TvjkEZgblrt6.png), we reserve the right to cancel/remove/ban any user that harms our service either by causing abuse reports due to spam to certain website or by simply causing high ddos requests to our infrastructure.

Im not sure why we would be entitled to offer you a refund for a plan that has never been terminated, but was active until the expiry date.
Another reason, im not sure why we should issue a refund for a payment that was made 2 months ago with a functional product.

Waiting on moderator decision, not debating any further.

You must show me logs or proof about abuse reports. I did not do that.

You blocked my servers IP addresses from your servers. And you told me there is no chance to continue my operation because I'm spamming? There is a contradiction. If I was making spam or harming your servers, why you kept my subscription active until the expiry date? You even didn't warn me or send a e-mail about it. You just blocked the IP from your firewall. And refused the payback.


BHW is a respected place and every member knows that all market sellers must follow rules, sell what they advertised. We are using this platform to find good and trusted sellers. So if there was any abuse, you have to share with me the details, ip addresses, date and time. You can not tell something I didn't do without proving it ! I don't care what you write on your website. I care about what you advertised on this platform!

As I mentioned in the PS note, I posted this thread before, I tried a few times but couldn't follow the moderators' orientation and threads were deleted automaticly. (Moderators can check...)

Our Datacenter Proxies product is shared between more than 100 users, we cant put at risk everyone's performance just because you would like to send high end ddos requests to our infrastructure, due to this reason your IPs were firewalled to prevent unpleasant situations for all our customers.
Your plans have never been terminated and they could've been used for anything else than spamming our infrastructure with 20.000 requests per second, and not simple requests, but very loaded which did cause problems on our end (causing 2hr downtime on our product).

As for abuse reports, we've been informed by our upstream provider regarding email reports from multiple targets, including Twitter such as in ur case.

Note for moderator: The plans have been expired already for more than 2 months and they never been termed.

I couldn't use my package either refund my money even if I didn't do any spam. They didn't share any abuse note for me. Because of high usage, they immidiatly blocked and refused the return my money back.

This is my problem.

If I can't use the service so I want my money back. They told the package was active and expired, but it's not true. They blocked the servers IP and I couldn't use.

If there is any abuse reports, I want to see. Otherwise, Why I ordered the second time almost a day later ? It was okay in the begining, after that they blocked the IPs. And told me I'm spamming. But IT IS NOT TRUE. they are telling that they have abuse reports about my servers. I wanted to see the IPs and Times, because it wasn't true.

And they started to telling me about their IP v6 proxies. you can see in the screenshots also. I said no, I want to continiue what I'm using now. They told me I cant. If IPv6 is okay, I can use it. But not V4.

So I wanted my money back.

Still waiting for solution. I paid but coundn't get the service. Because I got abuse, if there is so, it is my right to see it. Otherwise, it's a lie and I want my money back.

This is it. I have my proves up there. So what we waiting for ?

I do not see where the accused is wrong here.

I didn't get any service or refund How can I prove that ? I have some proves to open the thread, so how can I help you to understand that I didn't do anything to get abuse or etc. It's all wrong.

If you need anything, I can try to find more proves. Otherwise, as I told you, I bought one package, and the next day, i bought another. total: 2 packages, so it was okay. After that they told me I consume a lot, or spamming, so we wont refund or let you use anymore. what the heck )
