Summary of Dispute: Upon purchase of "LightningRoxies" services it has come to my attention that the product they provide is actually banned on some of the subdomains of the site that I needed their proxies for, (Other Datacenter proxies work perfectly fine), upon requesting a refund through their live chat (less than an hour after the purchase) and making the compromise of only asking them to refund a % of the money so they would not face any loses on BTC transaction fees they completely denied it claiming that they do not offer any refund at all.
Evidence of the Issue: I can provide proof that their proxies did not work for the site I wanted them but I would like the mods to keep the site and anything related to it private.
What you hope to gain from this Dispute Resolution: A full refund of the $112.06 sent.
(Optional) Additional Information: Their BHW post does not follow rules "2.3: Refund Policy" as stated in here "https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/the-black-hat-world-marketplace-rules.1295700/" I was not informed about their "No Refund" policy anywhere in their BHW thread listing (https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/lightningproxies-net-fast-premium-datacenter-residential-ipv6-isp-proxies.1486642/) let alone having it hidden in their TOS that was not accessible from their register page as shown in this GIF (https://imgur.com/DYNcEoF), photo (https://imgur.com/naC0H6f) and site archive here (https://archive.ph/ove7R). Denying a refund when they clearly have provided a product that is not working for what I need it and trying to hide behind a TOS that doesn't show up anywhere is just a scammy behavior.

I Have already described my issue, LightingRoxies does not state anywhere on their post that they don't provide refunds, their site buttons for "Terms And Conditions" does not work and after delivering a product that is Banned on the site I am trying to scrape, they are denying me a refund.
