Keep in mind I posted on the thread updating my experience with the order. My last update was to deal with caution and to request that OP refund or deliver, but these posts were removed as they did not pertain to the scope of the thread.

Summary: I was in the market for 1 GMB listing for my local business. I got in contact with the aforementioned user based on his sales thread that was active at the time and admin approved. I posted on there after a brief conversation on skype and after he PMed me confirming his identity. However, he wanted me to pay for 4 listings. $800 before delivery and $800 after. User took a long time to deliver terrible communication and then blamed us for the failed delivery despite not being clear or communicative in any way, shape or form (proof in the screenshots). I then asked for a replacement or refund and the user began to ignore my messages.

To resolve this, I would like a replacement or refund. As for the links to the posts on here, I have been blocked by the user and my posts were deleted off of the thread by the admins as it was outside of the scope of a marketplace conversation as I mentioned earlier. Please let me know if I am missing anything specifically. Thanks.

I ordered GMB listings from @MunnyMachine on January and paid deposit
it should take 7-10 days, but ending up taking like mouth and half (I'm not complaining about it)
my GMB links was delivered on February 20 show me that all the listings I order are live now
I paid full balance (total of $4800) on February 27 and suppose to get the ownership for all the listings
all needed to be done to complete our deal is to send me the ownership for the listing I ordered
I try contact the seller multi times tru skype/ phone /txt and didnt not got any respoed untill this day 3/14

Information For The Accused
@MunnyMachine , you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.

The moderator mediating this dispute is simply trying to fair a resolution to this dispute. Any mod abuse or accusations (e.g., "you're biased", "you're protecting scammers", etc) directed toward the moderator will not be tolerated and may result in an infraction for mod abuse.

Information For Other Members
If anyone else has the same issue with the accused, you may respond so long as you supply evidence in the form of screenshots, videos, etc.

Please bear in mind Dispute Resoltion section rule #4 before responding.

No, everything as it relates to a dispute resolution thread has to be in the thread.

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

The dispute thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.

As for this point, I contacted him within 24 hours of making this thread with a message "hello" and did not receive a reading or response.

I warned other users with my negative review in MunnyMachine's BST thread. I was 99% sure that he will scam sooner or later. Too bad you didn't notice that and that you were scammed.
