Dispute: @Google BlackWords v. @jerry limz

I want to try to use google ads services as promoted on blackhatworld.

At first, on March 14th, I contacted him via telegram, before I sent money. He always replies to my chats. He always explains in detail what I ask.

And on the same day I sent a total of $650 and $300 with USDT.

After the next day, after sending money successfully, I asked him when my ads will run. He said today (15 March).

At that time I still let him work on it until on March 17th I asked him again with the question "and?"

But he didn't reply to my chat, and after waiting 1 day on March 18 at 4.22 AM I chatted him again with the question "Hello?".

It's a shame he still doesn't reply to my chat. And at night I threatened him at 08.30 PM that I would report him to the BHW admin.

At that time he immediately replied to my chat by saying the ads were being reviewed. Then he said that he was busy.

Until March 23, he didn't provide any updates about the ads at all. Then I chatted him to ask to cancel and return my money. But he still didn't reply.

I waited again until the 28th, but he still didn't reply to my chat and to this day I made the decision to report him and consider him a SCAM.

For BHW, please follow up on him so that there is no more fraud at BHW and let's make the BHW forum a clean forum from scammers.

Many people who visit this forum, after finding what they are looking for many of them click on the seller's contact link and contact him without going through blackhatworld. And I am a person like that who contacted the seller via the telegram link that was shared in the thread that was created.

That's not true actually.
You are allowed more than one account as long as you are not a banned user and are not using them to game the system (reviewing your own BSTs, bumping, talking to yourself to increase post count, reacting to yourself, etc..)

At this point, it's against the rules, but not until he was banned in this thread.

You are allowed to have more than one BHW account according to rule 3.3 so long as you aren't using the exta accounts to abuse the forum.

3.3 Activity that involves Currency Trades or Exchanges (Example: Exchanging PayPal for any crypto or other monetary assets - including eGold), Buying/Selling CPA accounts, Buying/Selling Social Security Numbers or Identities, CPA offer filling circles, Paying to have CPA offers filled, Requesting fake review comments for other forums' Marketplace sections, Digg / Stumble (or similar) requests and trades, Asking how to make $xxx/day, Any "fake" account for the purposes of defrauding a network or individual, promoting other forums by any means including in your signature, promotion of coaching or training services, creating more than one account on BHW for the purposes of post count inflation or gaming the system.

Seeing as the accused used his second account to circumvent an infraction he had on his main account to sell in the marketplace, this falls under the definition of "gaming the system". Looking at his rejected BST submissions, he even went through the effort of creating variants of his Telegram ID for each account ("Google_Badwords" versus "Google_Blackwords). I'll notify the rest of the team of this so that we can take down any other accounts he has.

So, I can create several accounts in order to sell different services? Like one for proxies, one for links, etc?

Some members here actually do just that. It's similar to when an author known for writing one type of genre wants to try writing a different genre, so they use a different pen name.

The only other reason I can think of is that in some cases, a member might want to interact with the community more casually from one account whilst selling professionally using another account. We have some members who do this as well.

It's by no means something we encourage as you can see from the accused in this thread, which is a good example of how things can get messy with multiple accounts.
