Dispute: @gizzvn v. @PSTNET

Hi,
I'm writing this thread to open a dispute again @PSTNET , basically the story is me used $70 to tried their service at app.pst.net and wasn't unable to use their universe VCC card, I was already quite angry back then with tried many different merchants and the card was still not working, the fee to creating a card was $20, they told me to deposit more to withdraw since a withdrawal minimum is $300, i deposited another $259 and made a withdrawal then they told me to wait 14 days all because its their "POLICY".
I don't care about their policy as i left because im unable to make a single transaction with their VCC card and now they told me to wait 14 days after i had to wait more than 12 hours for the remain funds of VCC to arrive for cancelling their card in the system.

Proof of Transaction: Total deposit: $329.0483 and they only gives me back $308.5 back with waiting 14 days.

What you hope to gain from this Dispute Resolution: Get back my money because deposit is instantly and leave had to wait 14 days which is very suspicious as scamming since the deposit method is through USDT. I literally am tired with their answer of my problems "That's our current policy" which never being mentioned when using their system.

@PSTNET , you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. We believe that in this dispute you are addressing the “withdrawal from the account” feature. In our BST, we are talking about instant top-up feature, which is a little bit different from the withdrawal. Deposit is when you top-up your PST account, which is instant through USDT or BTC, withdrawal is when you get your funds back to your personal USDT TRC20 wallet.

The withdrawal processes are clearly indicated in our FAQ, which is available for all registered users at https://app.pst.net/app/faq/1 (Card operation section)
Here is the screen with all the info you are addressing in the current dispute (Unfortunately, we have the sum of $500 indicated in our FAQ section, which in fact is even lower ($300), which our support informed you about).

As you can see on the screen you’ve made, the withdrawal operation is marked with a “success” note and clock icon. That means that your withdrawal request was successfully received and we are processing it.
We would be happy to clarify any further misconception you have about our Terms and Services.

I don't really care about your WITHDRAW minimum as your support told me it was $300 for the start so don't bring $500 minimum to make it as a reason.

I only knew about how slow your 14 days withdraw process is after i deposited just to get my money back and is there a reason to postpone when crypto is obvious instantly @PSTNET ?

Your TOS isn't reasonable and that's what i'm talking now, make me waiting too long = you have too much times to mess around with the money i sent to you.

We understand your frustration, however, as we are licenced financial organization operating under FINTRAC (more info can be found in the “Legal” section of our website, here is the link for your convenience https://pst.net/legal/aml), we have some limitations imposed by this and our partners’ banks

Up to 14 days (which means 14 days or less, and it is usually less) for money withdrawal from PST account is one of such limitations, to ensure the AML policy, and that no cards are left with negative balance in case some transactions authorize after several days. Besides, with 700k monthly audience and manually processed withdrawals, we try our best to make all the processes as quick as possible, but there are limitations to what a human team can do while maintaining the quality of the service at a certain level.

You didn't hide the information but you never make it easier to notice like FAQ page never exists in your dashboard and only through your support page or it should've been noticeable through deposit page.

Im disappointed, can't use the card, lost money, deposited more just to get the remain money back and all u need to do is just throwing your TOS to an unverified customer through crypto. I don't expect anything from you @PSTNET anymore but is it too much to ask for a speeding withdraw since i couldn't make a single transaction to your card?

If not, your customer support is really the worst and all i can do is checking this page again after 14 days to complain. Will never contact u through telegram or anything cause this is where u answer properly but still same insult same result to me.

That is unfortunate that you feel like this while using our service and thanks for your suggestions for the UX update! We definitely will make the FAQ section icon bigger so it is easier to notice.
We ask our team to check whether it is possible to speed up the withdrawal process. As mentioned before, we indicate withdrawals timeframe as “up to 14 days”, but usually these are processed faster.
