Summary of Dispute:
I wrote a thread requesting kwai accounts, this guy DM me thru BHW.
We talked and he mentioned the price is 10USD per account minimum 10 orders, payment thru BTC only,
After transfer he instantly say is 20USD per account not 10 and ask me top up, if not he can refund me

Initially i asked to get 5 accounts to build trust, he say his partner not allowed and i decide to refund first incase its a scam
few hours later the whole CONVO is deleted thru telegarm

I hope to receive a full refund.

Bought custom order for a 5k reddit dms for 60$ from @sciborg which he confirmed I've paid for it yesterday and he is just ghosting me

Summary of dispute:

Placed an order through bhw direct messages with @sciborg he confirmed his telegram on bhw dm. Before payment he wes replying in 1 min after i sent crypto he said that he is drunk and ask him later I've done that next day he is just ghosting me al the time while I can see he is lurking on forum on different "want to buy" threads.

What I hope to gain:

Refund or ban for him

Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.
