Dispute Request Approved
Information For The Accused
@AdguruX, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. In the event that you're permanently banned from the forum, you may send in a support ticket using our support channel only once you've refunded and/or provided what the plaintiff has requested.

If your responses to this dispute do not remain prompt, your account will be banned.

Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.

The moderator mediating this dispute is simply trying to fair a resolution to this dispute. Any mod abuse or accusations (e.g., "you're biased", "you're protecting scammers", etc) directed toward the moderator will not be tolerated and may result in an infraction for mod abuse.

Information For Other Members
If anyone else has the same issue with the accused, you may respond so long as you supply evidence in the form of screenshots, videos, etc.

Please bear in mind Dispute Resolution section rule #4 before responding.

"If you are not directly related to the situation, or are not offering information directly related to the situation: do not post in the thread. Anyone caught doing so will receive an infraction and be reply banned from posting in the thread."

he not sended even 1$ to me
He is my rival and he wanna ban me in this forum, please don't fall for his lies

This is why we tell you guys to keep the conversations on the forum...

This is all you have to respond with? You could've at least provided something, even a link to a conversation to suggest this is your rival.

From what I can gather:
@AdguruX, I do see another conversation between you and @chessmaster14 saying you pulled the same stunt where they sent you money and you deleted the entire Telegram conversation.

That user started a dispute that didn't go live because they didn't follow the dispute process, but I'll quote their posts here and let them hop on to this dispute.
Hello

The user @AdguruX scammed me for $400. I wanted to buy a Facebook Business Manager account, I contacted him in Telegram, and after I sent a pre-payment of $400 (in USDT) to his wallet I was immediately blocked in Telegram.

Unfortunately, I can't contact him anymore because he blocked me.

I do have the full conversation from Telegram available.
Attached.
These two users aren't linked, before you claim that. Yes, I checked it thoroughly as I review all accounts involved in a dispute.

Speaking of which, you share an awful lot of details with an account named @shabss. Be aware that if you fail to resolve this dispute, both accounts will be banned once the report has been properly filed.

Now, please submit something to act as counter-evidence so that I can move on to more important matters. If you did take money from both of these users, you will be expected to offer a full refund.

I have replied to his post and it is true, But no agreement was reached between us
I don't know who he is
They made a fake screenshot and nothing is real. It is embarrassing
Did you believe the fake photo and transaction?

No, because determining the validity of complaints and evidence is what this dispute process is for. It's precisely why I asked you to submit counter-evidence.

As of right now, it's just a screenshot that seemingly has no real conversation associated with it.

This is also why I need @effortxd to provide a link to that conversation in case I missed it, as I could not find one that matches it in their inbox. If it turns out they're wasting staff time, their account will be banned from the platform.

Note that even if we get this issue resolved, we still have a second user complaining about you pulling the same stunt on them, so we would need to sort out the one between you and @chessmaster14, assuming they respond to this thread.

Edit: we have 2 other people accusing you of scamming them since December 28th. The most recent user came forward yesterday. They can choose to respond to this thread if they have any evidence, but that's 4 users now accusing you of ripping them off in the exact same way. Know that we'll look for connections between the accounts just to rule out any foul play, but whoever is lying will find that their time here is limited.

Because I don't know what exactly I should provide you with documentation. I don't even have their ID. They are just lying and I know they are wasting their time here

If you genuinely dont have anything, then let's wait and see what they get back with before moving forward

Thank you for taking the time to respond so far.

I wanted to create my own dispute with this guy but since this one is here, let me post mine.

I have sent this guy $500 for stripe account around November, he scammed me and deleted the convo please find the bhw Chats Proof:

It's astonishing how bold and optimistic this scammer is. Gotta give it to him!

I'm willing to share all the raw screenshots, ~20 in total, though I could only post 10 here due to limitations on this forum. If someone wants let me know I can upload to drive and share the link.

As evident from the screenshots, he refuses to communicate over calls, uses telegram only and insists on using crypto for transactions, likely to avoid being tracked and reported. He says he's from England (but looking at his english I hardly doubt that - or atleast he's not a native English speaker) and says his main job is Google ads account.

These screenshots are available for anyone to verify their authenticity or to provide more context about the transaction I had with this individual. They aren't in order, but they should give a clear picture. I urge the admin to ban this user immediately to prevent others from falling victim to this scam.

@Admins - If in case you need my support in anyway to further assess - please feel free to DM me.

Also If any of the Admins can actually help us trade newbies with good, known solid sellers - It would be of great help while we navigate such scammers.

NOTE TO GENUINE BUYERS (Some of the things that I've learnt from this bitter experience):

  1. Beware of Lowball Offers: If an offer seems too good to be true, it probably is. I was drawn into a scam by responding to an attractively low offer I found on a forum. Always approach such deals with skepticism.
  2. Verify User Details Thoroughly: Don't just search and trust users based on their name or profile picture. Scammers often impersonate reputable sellers. Always type in the exact account details and double-check for authenticity. I've encountered scams in the past where fraudsters used legitimate seller information to deceive buyers.
  3. Request Live Verification: When buying accounts, ask the seller to demonstrate ownership by showing at least two accounts live, possibly through a screen sharing service like AnyDesk. This helps confirm that they genuinely possess the accounts.
  4. Be Wary of Post-Sale Account Takeovers: Understand that some scams involve the seller reclaiming the sold accounts after a certain period, as they retain control over the associated emails. Ensure you gain full control of the email and account credentials during the transaction.
  5. Use Secure Payment Methods: Opt for payment methods that offer buyer protection. Avoid transactions through cryptocurrencies or other untraceable methods, as these do not provide any recourse in case of fraud.
  6. Keep Communication on Record: Maintain all communication with the seller within the platform where the transaction is being made. This can serve as evidence if any dispute arises and take all screenshots (Just in case things go south).
  7. Ask for References: Request references or proof of previous successful transactions. Legitimate sellers usually have a history of positive feedback.
  8. Do Not Rush: Take your time to assess the seller and the offer. Rushing into a deal increases the risk of overlooking red flags.

I just make $400 payment via USDT (TRC20).

his USDT (TRC20) wallet: TVUUg3whdTDmt7YF1QB1QGYkSvJBQvSzWY

My tx: 81b1c635fa68e4f3e04995019e2bcafd5ac0273f25efa48bea574ba9fa43c075

I'm using BHW DM for all proof. What should i do next beside providing image? We chat on telegram and i worry about scam, so i request him to make the deal in BHW DM and he agreed. After the payment completion, he didn't reply at all nor on telegram.
