Dispute: @Cabhal scammed me for 299$

According to my commitment, I completed the full order, including the website design and 500 AI articles. However, after 2 months, the buyer disputed the payment through PayPal.

I also message him from my panel and to BHW, but no response yet.

There is no option to dispute from PayPal.

Information For The Accused

Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.

The moderator mediating this dispute is simply trying to fair a resolution to this dispute. Any mod abuse or accusations (e.g., "you're biased", "you're protecting scammers", etc) directed toward the moderator will not be tolerated and may result in an infraction for mod abuse.

Sorry, but I’m not the buyer of the service - this is a person I was in contact with, that now disappeared. In fact, YOU spoke to him and YOU got the money from him all the time. I was NEVER involved into this “business”.

Also, as mentioned to the seller, I used to work for him and I got scammed too, as he owe me 3800$. I provided the seller with the real name and phone number of this individual in case he wants to suit him.

At least he answered to you. The last message I sent him was back in December asking again for my money. No answer.

Again, I was working for him. He asked me to purchase the service. Ask PayPal about the owner of the account and you will see it’s not me. If you’re feeling better getting my account banned is ok, but I’ve got scammed like you.

Yes, but again, I not even have access to the panel the seller mentioned as he was in touch with that scammer, which I provide the phone number to him. He could open a case with PayPal to provide the proof the service has been provided. Sorry, but as I said, I’ve got scammed by this guy for 3.800$ too, and I’m not going to pay for his bad behavior. You can check my past threads as a buyer on the forum to see I’ve always paid in time and for the service provided. I also have some guys I buy from recurrent gigs on a monthly basis, and payments were never sent late. Now, feel free to ban me, but I’m sorry, I can’t do anything.
