Shitlist Against @Laaaawan

Summary of Dispute:

  1. We clearly outlined our process and timeline for placing orders before the transaction was made. However, despite our efforts, @Laaaawan did not provide ample time and threatened to file a complaint against us for not issuing a refund. We had already informed him to adhere to the established timeline to prevent any disputes. We promptly refunded the fee and provided proof of purchase, including a screenshot and purchase ID. Despite this, he failed to follow up with his affiliate for over a month, which is not our responsibility.
  2. We fulfilled our promise to post a product review and provided screenshots as requested, yet the customer has not confirmed with their Affiliate for over a month.
  3. The customer is refusing to pay for the product fee because they have not received information from their Affiliate for over a month.
  4. We made it clear that any issues the customer is facing are between them and their affiliate, and not with us. We have completed and delivered what was promised. It is apparent that a purchase was made in order to leave a review, as one cannot leave a review without making a purchase.
  5. It is unfair for us to be held responsible for issues on the customer's end if they have ordered a large quantity of the product.

What you hope to gain from this Dispute Resolution:

  1. Pay the outstanding balance on the product purchase invoice.

Thanks, I believe this is regarding Amazon Reviews.

If the accuser did share the entire text or screenshot of our conversation then you'd see clearly there's nothing I can do.

He failed to deliver as promised within the timeframe he suggested he could after refund, he went on to deliver the service which I specifically told him needs to be verified via third party which he agreed.

Review was pending not successful and after he confirmed it was successful, my contact had already cancelled the gig which was a trial for a long term deal.

Now, I can't confirm and my contact is no longer interested I had advised the Amazon reviewer to go on an get a refund from Amazon or even give a negative review if not satisfied because I can't pay for that service.

I hope this helps and we do have telegram chat to show all this conversation.

Thanks!

PS:

@ard just get a refund from Amazon

You had a month to confirm with your contact for the order before we could of left reviews.

Your contact is between you and your contact, if you cannot reach him, that is your responsibility.

We have verified all purchases and sent you a screenshot of the purchase and review that was provided. In order to leave a review, a purchase must be made.

We cannot get a refund as this is not part of the agreement, anything that is not part of the agreement is extra work. A refund will also hurt the seller's analytics which we are not involved in and will NOT take part of.

A negative review is also additional work with additional fees. We would not leave a negative review on a listing that you have a personal issues with. It is not fair to the person you have collaborated with and not fair with us, and your asking for extra work to be done to keep yourself clean. (just ask for refund, just leave negative review)

Nice you won't get a refund, I can't confirm but I'll have to pay.

Why did you refund me earlier in the first place? Just to be clear? You refunded me because you failed to deliver within the timeframe you promised.

After refunding me you claimed to have delivered.

So I'll have to pay and you won't get a refund.

Interesting...

If you are unable to confirm the results of the service you ordered from us, it is your responsibility to take the necessary steps to do so.

We clearly communicated the importance of following the proper process and waiting for the proof of work to be presented before making any decisions as you stated you would leave a remark on the forum.

It's not appropriate to ask for a refund after receiving the services you signed up for. We delivered on our promise and provided proof of work.

Refunding would negatively impact the seller's analytics for which is not fair to our team and other Amazon sellers who depend on our service.

Concluding the outcome would be greatly appreciated.
