Dispute against @LegitReview

I wanted GMB @LegitReview contacted me and we agreed on price
$200
50% before and 50% after
He said it would take more than 5-7 Days

On the 5th Day he told me it was suspended
I asked for Refund
He said I should give him 24hrs to try and reinstate it if not refund

24hrs has passed and I don't care about if he can reinstate anymore

I need refund

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

The dispute thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.

Does anyone know what is up with this guy, looks like he did the same disappearance dance and got permabanned just a few months ago regarding $600 then decided to pay the guy back and got unbanned. Seems like he either just doesn't care about anything or anyone other than himself, or maybe he thinks he's superior to BHW and its moderators and that they should be at his mercy when he instead should view it as a privilege to be able to sell here at all.

Some day BHW staff will grow tired of dealing with his nonsense, but I'm not sure he even realizes this.
