I know, Google has a criteria to offer their monthly invoicing, but I know a few guys who have that with them available on number of accounts with different billing profile each time.
And, after every few months, they get it issued on a new one.
I want to understand, how is this possible? Of course I am not asking for method as nobody will ever reveal that, but just want to understand, if they arrange everything to apply and get it approved, or there may be a shortcut / workaround available as well.
Lets discuss, if you have anything to contribute.
