Why was I given infractions for doing exactly what several other people are clearly being allowed to do? I understand that this isn't a democratic community, but when you selectively penalize people for violating your TOS, it renders the integrity of the moderators and administrators very questionable.

Please explain to me how you missed all these threads doing exactly the same thing that I was given an infraction for. Some of them were started as far back as 2018. Somehow, you conveniently caught my post in less than 5 minutes of me creating it.

Unless I am wrong on this
exchange circles are prohibited in bhw (has been for a long time) Including ppc clicks/cpa filling etc
Ontop of that, most of them are gathering a "small community" to do whatever exchange which is also not allowed..
A lot of things get through and it isn't cuz they are "allowed" but more because it just wasn't sen and that's why they rely on us to "report" the thread to have it handled.

Maybe a Mod can explain it better !
 
bro you are posting on a website that you don’t own. It doesn’t have to be fair. These rules I believe are in place for keeping this “website” clean, and workable. If I didn’t like the rules, I wouldn’t turn myself into a joker. I would rather log out and try to really make a change, physically.

Seriously, stop this and make a change.

It took me less than 5 minutes to dig up about 20 of those threads. I'm just curious to know why the TOS is selectively enforced. The post that 'seem' to get through the cracks were created by members ranging in the whole spectrum of statuses.

and they probably aint actively looking it up...

While I do not own the forum, what you seem to be missing is that the contributing members of the forum is the reason why the forum has survived and even exists. Without active members, you have absolutely nothing. I have been a contributing member since 2007 without any issues.

People like you is the reason why people in society are simply scared of speaking up to injustices. YOU need to change your attitude.

Edit: Just to be clear, I have nothing to do with the admins or the management. I am not affiiliated to anyone. Whatever I am saying is in my own capacity and I own my opinions. Don't blame the management for this pls.

Your metaphor is sorely flawed. It misses the premise of the concern expressed. Perhaps, you should leave the grass alone.

When you create a business, it thrives because people use your platform/services. If you maintain the attitude that you can do whatever you want because you own the business, you will soon be left with nothing.

You need to conduct yourself more like grown up.

To the best of my understanding, the purpose of this section of the forum was to allow it's users to provide honest and candid feedback. This is not a war; it's a respectable and honest discussion amongst civilized adults.
 
In my experience, pointing fingers saying "BUT THEY'RE DOING IT, TOO!" almost never results in a positive outcome. If you're going to stand up for "ma rights" - that energy would be best utilized elsewhere. But you do you, I guess.

I am out of this thread. All I wanted to do here is to try my 2 cents for stopping this "conflict" that is going on in this forum for the last few days. Like I said earlier, I do not represent the official team. So yeah.. I am not going to stop you doing anything lol.

Edit: also... trust me.. I hate wars as much as you do. Seen the conflicts before. It does not end well for the common man. Best of luck regardless.

My .02: still pretty blackhat, the thing is pure spam that was considered the core of BH doesn't really work anymore. Smart AI spam, using aged domains, building working PBNs etc. are all blackhat strategies. BH is now more sophisticated, as it should be. Google has evolved and so have we. It's like bank robbers, you rarely find cases of people running into buildings with guns, they do it all online. Keeping up with the times.

That's what I see happening.

Contrary to popular belief, the purpose of this thread wasn't to start a conflict, but rather, point out a practice that could result the death of the forum. This forum has served me very well for years, and I would hate to see it go down the tubes on the account of culture shifts and malpractices.

There used to be a time when there was honor amongst thieves.
 
Whether you're right or wrong, complaining about your infractions publically counts as mod abuse.

If you see threads that violate the rules, feel free to report them.
Your thread was probably reported and then a mod removed it.

The fact that it took you 5 minutes to dig out these thread means nothing, because it's not that hard to find threads when you know what to search.

I'm not sure what was in your thread that got you the infraction, I don't think I saw it.

I created the same exact thread as the ones above asking for recommendations and endorsement exchange. I got an infraction for selling because I was bartering services.

This isn't necessarily a complaint: this is public invitation for a discussion about malpractices that could potentially annihilate the forum.
