3. List the number of Skills you want to exchange. ( We will do a 1:1 ratio endorsement exchange or 1:1 recommendation exchange)

I am interested in this. I have a personal account with 4000 connections (alot of personal human work placed into it. I spend around half an hour each day adding and talking to connections.) Anyone interested hit me up.
