Yeah, that's "Discovered - not current indexed"; google knows through sitemap or a link about that new article but can't be arsed to crawl it... nothing to do with the article as not crawled.
In this case, I tend to move on and work on other stuff, I don't waste my time on submitting/re-submitting any more... a waste of time.
