I want to know if i submit webmaster about disavow backlinks does it disavow root domain or the page we have submit can anyone explain the process Please
You can disavow both backlink from URL and from domain. But it's better to disavow domain cause sometimes your backlink is placed on many webpages even in case you where sure that it's placed only on one page.
