Just few days ago I was asking them question about some MySQL error.
That guy seems to take 15 minute to answer that simple question, the answer is pretty simple they will just need to modify the permission on their server to solve this error.
And this INDIAN guy, I was like question him, and he's been speechless for my last question before I close the chat!
I forgot his name, his name started with A.
Further then, I encounter HTTP 500 Internal Server Error.
This problem comes from MYSQL, someone delete partial of the database, I've spend nearly 8 hours to find out where's the problem consist since I didn't config anything at all!
The last thing I did was spoke to this guy, nothing much if you say it's a malware attack that would be a non sense, because it's a site that haven't been indexed or known.
Just when I found out this problem, I reupload all the backup I had, and I notice why would the database was originally 2MB, become 200kb?
That must have someone delete the database, and what I suspect was that guy.
Guess he face too much pressure, be aware with Arvixe.
