Disabled Wordpress account

I had an backup wordpress account linked to my main one and I deleted it a while ago, but I’d like to activate it again. now I can’t get it back up nor can I find any history of it. Any way I can fix this? I really don’t want to have to create a new account

Maybe you can call your hosting provider ask if they can recover the backup. GIve it a try

If you are looking to get back into your wordpress and you are on a shared host then you might be able to reset your password from the phpmyadmin, if thats what you are after.
