That’s rough. If the selfie appeal failed, recovery gets much harder, especially for main accounts. You can try submitting another appeal through the Account Quality or Help Center forms, but results are hit or miss.
 
FB AI checks are tougher now. If selfie verification failed, try support or a recovery service.

If it’s your main account, follow the verification request and submit your personal documents, you may be able to get the account unlocked.
 
This case has been happening a lot lately. Meta's purpose for requesting face verification is when there is unusual activity. So there is a high probability that your account was banned because it was flagged unusual activity. It is almost impossible to get back.
Otherwise, try message the Meta support team to handle it. If you encounter the Chatbot many times, what you should do now is create a new account or buy a verified and high trust account because trying to recover it will only waste your time.
 
If your video appeal is still rejected, you may have made a serious and unforgivable mistake violating Facebook's policy. Violations like scamming Facebook will result in extremely severe penalties.

All accounts that have had their facial verification or up ID disabled cannot be restored at this point, but don't give up just yet. Keep your account; Facebook will be opening several appeal rounds for us soon.

If you've already submitted an appeal request using a selfie, it's likely difficult to submit another one. Please contact Facebook's support team for assistance.
 
That’s frustrating. If the selfie review already failed, recovery chances are low, but you can still try submitting another appeal through the Help Center if the option shows. Usually it comes down to waiting and hoping for a manual review be careful with anyone claiming guaranteed recovery.
