My facebook account was hacked in 2022 and I really wasn't into making money online back then and didn't know that someone was using my ads account, fortunately I recovered it but now and when I wanted to use it, I found out that my ads account is disabled and I can't appeal because "it been too long" so now I have no other option but to create a new facebook account because apparently I can't create new ad accounts because the main one is permanently banned, do you guys have any other option to get to support or to get help on this matter? is there a chance to get it back? Did anyone of you got his ad account back even after 180 days passed by?

There are actually two realistic paths here, depending on what caused the restriction.

First is determining whether recovery is still possible. Even after long periods, outcomes can change based on why the ad account was disabled and what Meta logged at the time. If you still have any old email notifications or policy references tied to the disablement, that context matters a lot.

Or the second path, we can work around how you can get another ads account.

Either way, I might be able to help

The main problem is that I can't find a way to contact them, I have all the evidence.

Well as far as you got a pretty solid proofs, reaching out to support isn't supposed to be a problem. I might know someone that might be able to fix stuff like this. Let's see if I can get hold of him.

Will be back.

Thank you, also could you please send me a DM on my telegram? @ozar6969 so I can send you the proofs there.

It's possible.
However, there are only a few times a year when I can successfully appeal, when Facebook relaxes its account review process and we can appeal accounts more easily.

If facebook says its too late to appeal, its basically gone. Your best bet is a new account and fresh ad setup old accounts usually cant be recovered after that long.

You might try reaching out through a Business Manager account if you can create one, sometimes that opens more support options.

To be honest, if Facebook says “too late – appeal not available,” there is basically no chance of recovering that ad account, even with complete proof

You have the right to appeal, but the chances of success are very low. Please contact customer support for assistance.

Once Facebook announces that the appeal deadline has passed, the account is considered lost, and you should focus on creating new accounts to continue your work. However, if you still want to salvage it, take advantage of the rare times of year when Facebook relaxes its scanning process to try appealing again. These "releases" are your only chance to recover accounts that seemed hopeless.

I think it's too late to appeal. You should consider buying a new account. There are many providers in this community, and you can easily buy one.

Usually, after 180 days, the chances of getting these restrictions are very low. From what I've seen, Facebook considers these bans permanent, even if the initial issue was due to hacking. It's best to create a new profile, maintain it, and ensure it operates correctly according to Facebook's regulations; this will be easier.

UPDATE : I bought meta verified badge and started some live chats and I was able to open a case to the internal team, I wonder if they gonna recover my account. so basically I only found a way to reach out to the support team but I don't know if I can still get my account back.

If more than 180 days have passed since the appeal, you will no longer be able to recover your account because it will no longer be active. However, if it is still within the time limit, it is entirely possible to recover it.

From what I’ve seen, once Facebook shows the message “too much time has passed”, the chances of recovery are unfortunately very low. After a long period (usually 180+ days), most ad account or profile bans become permanent

That’s a tough spot. From what I’ve seen, once the appeal window is gone, recovery chances are very slim. Support usually sticks to the timeline, even if a hack caused the issue. Some people get lucky through business support if they have a legit BM, but it’s rare. Curious if anyone here managed to recover one after that long.

In my experience, there's no way to get your ad account back because it's already banned, regardless of the reason. Your account is still considered a violation and Facebook will ban it permanently.
