Hi,
I have a new website and it doesn’t have many backlinks, but I can bring it 500-1000 direct traffic every day.
So, could this direct traffic have a good impact on the website and increase its natural search traffic?

Yes, it might help if you have a good ux, content etc.
 
depend, a few factor judge your traffic is good or bad.

is your direct traffic is human traffic?
how long does the traffic stay at your site?
 
it can give you a boost (for easier keywords at least)...
 
do you have google analytics installed? if they can see the traffic it can help, if not they wont know what traffic you get :)

Certainly, I read about it somewhere on SEMrush blog that direct traffic is a ranking factor.

I noticed the same thing on my site.
 
If it is natural (or at least looks natural), and visitors don't leave right away, it is a signal to Google. Of course, as @itz_styx said, as long as Google knows about the direct traffic (i.e., Google Analytics).
 
i am curious what is the source of your traffic.......
