    Sup guys,

I have been direct linking for sometime now with PPC and never quite understood why or how a landing page could possibly improve conversions vs direct linking straight to the offer. Well I kinda cracked that code today. Here is what I did, and how I did it.

I created a one page simple landing page with just a youtube tutorial video explaining the offer and a simple "Click Here to Sign Up Link". I didn't do any changes to my keywords in my PPC at all.

    Here are my results

While direct linking I converted at about 1:120 clicks. Now with my new landing page I am converting at about 1:30 clicks.

I think the answer here is people are not as stupid as we think they are. They aren't just going to magically fill out the offer. You have to make it as simple as possible for them. What I mean is that they don't have to think too hard while filling out the offer. They do it almost impulsively.

That's all for now.. Good luck and landing page wins again! Now it time to scale....

I forgot to mention I also used an exit popup which redirects all visitors to the offer definitely helps big time.

    Great info.

I didn't start IM long ago (still a noob), but when I first started I was direct linking and never got a single conversion. Now I've just started building my own LPs and hope to see some cash flow.

Hey, Just to clarify you are talking about an actual form of some sort on a landing page you made? The reason I ask is I have thought about having my own form, landing page but was not sure how that information could go to the CPA offer page and than back to a Download on my site?

I am the same situation with you and never believed (untill now:) ) a LP can increase your conversion rate..So I have 2 question if you dont mind ? :

    1) Is these offers are free cost offers for submitters ? (or are they paying something at the and like over handy/Credit card)

    2) Are these offers are content locking offers ? (namely intencive )

I am not asking your offer but just these 2 questions will guide me lot.Thanks..

No, I did't use any forms on this landing page. My landing page only has a video and a click here to sign up link, that's it. Instead of direct linking the offer I'm sending traffic to a pre-sell tutorial video explaining the offer in detail.

It's alway's good idea to add a form. You could use the form for your own personal use to build a targeted list and resend those people similar offers. I'm sure you can sync your form with a cpa offer, but you are going to need a coder to do that for you.

The offer is a lead campaign. I'm sure it will work with credit card offers too, but the point is to have a presell video explaining the benefits of the offer, and guiding the user through the signup process making it easier for them to sign up.
