Direct link to CPA offer AND capture email

I want to cloak my site, and direct link over to my affiliate page. Is there a way to capture the email off of the affiliate offer when they enter their info?

One method is to Iframe and forward the input to the cpa offer.

hey thanks, this is something new for me, is this method allowed by advertisers/cpa network?
is there any guide out there on how to do it?

Of course such behavior is not allowed, hence you have to;
1. cloak
2. hide / fake / blank the referrer

Check out GodCPA and cakeslice? I think are the names of two that help you do this. As far as forwarding the info to the offer, some networks provide you the method to do this. Typically something along the lines of somerandomoffer.com?useremail or something similar.

With GodCPA I can put my opt-in in the script, and still have it go through to the offer? I'm a little confused because I read another thread where some guy was doing this to make people think they were filling out a form for one thing, but really it was going to some stupid spam offer.

i want the offer to still go through. I just want the emails as well.

Exact same idea, but in reverse. Having trouble explaining it from scratch. This does it a bit better
The idea yourweb.com/form.php with your field(email as an example) surrounded by affiliate offer (via godcpa or similar tool). User inputs their email in your page at form.php and you pass the variable email to affiliate offer. Since the data comes to you first, you get to capture the email and the offer still gets the valid submission. It takes some time to set it up right and make sure you are covering the bases (ie the referrer). I don't know if this can be done with all offers, but I have a network or two that actually encourages this for email campaigns (ie they provide the links with the variables already filled), so all you have to do is attach your email list and send. This is also one way they can steal your list, so be careful.

What happens is when the user clicks on the link, the offer page loads with their information already populated waiting on them to hit submit. Variation of that idea.
