• Sales is relatively easy when your marketing is right and targeted to the right audience who see value in your product and won't question much.
• Building or what you call creating can be fun if you are a master in your craft or niche. Imagine you are a programmer who get motivated by the very act of coding or building something. You can almost always build a super complex app in 24-72 hours.

In that order, that's how difficult it can be. In my experience.
To me difficulty is how much time and money you are putting into it vs how much ROI you are getting from it altogether.
