Different analytics in creator studio and app?

I am getting different analytics in the creator studio and Instagram app for the same IG account. Specifically active user time. App showing most of my followers active around 9 pm and creator studio showing 4 pm.
How to know which one is correct?

So I found the answer. There was a little confusion. On the Instagram app, it shows data according to Local time zone and in Creator studio, it shows data according to pacific time.
