Different 'Alt text' for picture

Hello,
I am still quite new to SEO and I have a (stupid?) question. I am running a Wordpress website for my business. I was wondering if I can have different 'alt text' for pictures. To give you an example:

I use picture A on page_X and page_z. But I am using a different alt text on page_x (alt="relevant keyword for page_x") and on page_y (alt="relevant keyword for page_y")

Is that ok? I would use on both pages the same picture with the same url. What do you recommend?

I'll recommend you to use unique picture for every page. Because only unique alts don't give you a result.

Yes you should use different and unique picture along with different and unique alt for each pages.

You should use different, unique and simple picture with proper alt text. on your every article.
