Difference between WP Statistics & Google Analytics

So I started my website few months back and it is receiving some visitors now.

However when I check the stats in both the tools there is a huge difference.

Like for a particular day WP Statistics was showing 600 visitors and 2100 visits on the other hand Google Analytics was showing 200 Unique sessions and some amount of page views.
I am not able to predict the performance of the website because of the big gap.

Do you guys know which one to trust or any other tools to count visitors?

Google Analytics is accurate. The WP statistics plugin tracks probably all the visitors (instead of unique visitors).

Google analytics is way more credible than WP statistics.

WP Statistics probably count bots which visiting your site, as real users. You can trust G Analytics, I heard as well a lot of positive reviews about Yandex Metrica.
