Dietary changes that can help reduce weight

Yes, to an extent. But no better alternative than burning your calories. Exercise helps you to maintain a healthy body and mind.
Open a couple of threads less every day and substitute it with working out.

Yes, i've lost 35 pounds in 30 days thanks to a keto diet, and i spend 12 hours in the office !!

Just behave like a poor person in these terms. Poor man's diet works.

Imagine you couldn't afford healthcare. What would you eat then? Only organic stuff.

You can eat only pepper, salt and meals that are composed of 1 or 2 products.

Avoid everything that stimulates appetite - bread, crisps, smoky meat and stuff like that.

Replace grains with fiber like broccoli and green lentils, oatmeal.

High fiber + medium carb is a sustainable diet. Other diets won't work that well and will require a lot more discipline due to their lack of nutritious value. You can replace discipline with exercise, sure.

Absolutely it can. If you were able to gain the weight, you can lose the weight the same way.
You need to figure out how much calories you need to consume each day. Eat less than the amount you burn.
If you're unable to do any exercise, id say at least just walk outside a few times a day. Walking does a lot.

My diet is very bad these days. Addicted to online food delivery apps.

Yes, intermittent fasting + keto. Amazing results.

Burn more calories than you consume. Here, I solved a thousand year old question with a single sentence. Everything else is retarded.

Just add stuff gradually. Start with oatmeal, lentils, beans, nuts, small portions of vegetables and similar things that are unprocessed.

If you find your one favorite organic thing, you will stay with it for a long time and it will serve you like the best diet.

Come on whos saying you can lose weight without even a little exercise? What's next how can I make money online with no effort? :)

Be a noob like me, and try to do pushups, situps, and squats every day. Those are core exercises. They are also required if you don't want your skin to sag after losing weight. You need to tighten up your skin as you lose weight.

Yes, liquid diet can help me reduce weight faster. But, also doing some exercise can help for fitness.

If you try this diet, you have to be cautious about excessive fat you will consume.

This is hard for that reason. You will be tempted to eat a lot of red and processed meat.

Also little research exists to backup this diet.

From anecdotal responses, we know one thing for sure - only obsessed people will be able to keep up with it for more than 3 months.

Or some people who are allergic to carbs. Can be carb phobia as well.

Let me tell openly. I find exercises boring. I mean I know it is good for health so can I can do for few days but it has to be regular. And hard to do a boring work everyday. I sometimes go for a walk though if it helps.
