Oh! I am sorry, I meant to post this thread in Bodybuilding.com and I accidently posted it here thinking it was the other site.

Dude, come on.

Forum: BlackHat Lounge
What's been on your mind lately? Maybe you've come across a website that made you laugh. Almost anything goes here!
But I am sorry if this thread pissed you off. But I dont really get frustrated on the threads posted in the Lounge. Moreover, I didnt post this in Blackhat SEO subforum :D

chicken and rice-often. eggs. tomatoes are good too. and protein shakes. work out is long term project so dont be dishearted at the beginning

I would suggest increasing your protein intake. Try to eat at least 1 gram per pound at a MINIMUM to start out. Eat protein with every meal and it is also good to include veggies with almost all your meals.

Another thing that I see isn't mentioned is the fact that your workouts should be based around compound exercises. The compound exercises that I would focus on in the beginning are squats, deadlifts, rows, benching, pull-ups/chin-ups, and dips. Weight is not important in the beginning. It is more important that you are performing the exercises with proper form. Accessory exercises should be added to target your weaknesses.

Tempo is also another important aspect that people don't utilize. Make sure you are controlling the weight on the eccentric portion of the lift. In other words, this is taking 1 or more seconds on the downward portion of the lift. For example, one of the best ways to get growth in your biceps is by doing chin-ups where you take 2-4 seconds to complete the downward part of the chin-up while making sure you go all the way down. I have seen much better growth in my arms by doing compound exercises like chin-ups than by using accessory exercises like curls, although they do have their place.

That was brief, but I hope those are some helpful tips.

I will PM you the link to a .pdf from a book that I actually paid for.
I went from 180 to 227 in about 6 months. The diet is super simple, it's made for people who don't want to measure everything but it's very well written and effective. All my friends have used it and have had similar results.

My only complaint...and he mentions this in the book. I used to have a full six pack, and now I'm at 220 - 230 and I have a 4 pack and the bottom two are washed out. However.....I can get those two back and I plan two when the warm weather really kicks in.

Check your PM for the link.

Wake up > One bowl of oatmeal with a few almonds > Omelette+Paratha :P > Lunch > Pre workout apple+orange cocktail juice (add creatine supplement if possible) > Post workout date+banana shake > Boiled potatoes/chicken/tuna sandwich/kebab sandwich > Dinner > Bowl of oatmeal 1 hour before bed

Oh and drink plentyyyyyyyy of water specially if you consider using Creatine

A lot of good advice so far.

From experience, you should definitely rethink your workout routine. At the moment your trying all different things in one go. As mentioned, try and group into pushing and pulling days.

For example, I have a whole day working on Chest/Triceps, and then Back/Biceps on another. Once you group them, you can easily plan out a better routine as you wont be overworking etc. If you have one specific area you want to get bigger in eg Chest- make sure you have your rest day the day after.

EG M Chest/Tri... Tue BREAK DAY.....Wed Back/Bi....Thu Shoulders

(Diet- as much lean protein and carbs, no fatty shit)

If your going Blackhat, I suggest steroids. White, high protein, good carbs and heavy lifts :)

Rule 1, don't come to a blackhat SEO forum for advice. 95% of people don't know what they're doing with SEO nevermind their bodies :D

**edit. obviously some info will be good, but you have to sift through and figure out what's truth and what's people talking out their ass.

Here's an example of a terrible post after just browsing the thread

Terrible post? You fucking kidding me?! That's my fucking experience! I gained 10kg in 3 months with that same fucking routine so stfu!

Still terrible advice. You must have been 100lbs, because that's an extremely low number of calories in a day.

@Extremephp: Whatever diet you follow but don't forget to show before and After pics.....
