Did you know that ..... ?

This guy knows the 7 wonders of the world.
Colossus of Rhodes is a giant statue of the ancient Greek sun god. It is about 30 meters high. The device is a metal frame covered with clay and covered with bronze sheets. Manufacturing - 284 BC.

I don't know whether to believe it completely. It's not even the Egyptian pyramids. How could it have been made in the first place?
Not only that, they write that this torch was constantly lit to orient ships at sea. How was that possible? What was burning there, how was this fuel lifted, and who was setting it on fire?

Did you know that the two Voyager probes are the most successful in the history of interplanetary exploration. Launched in 1977 by NASA, they were designed to last five years. Each carries a Message to extraterrestrial civilizations recorded on a gold-plated record. Both are outside the solar system, messages from them are still being received today.

Absolutely, it's mind-blowing. The Parker Solar Probe's speed and heat resistance show how advanced space tech has become way beyond human limits.

Did you know that a pyramid has been discovered in Indonesia that may be 27,000 years old, which would make it older than the Egyptian pyramids?

190 km/s is insane. hard to even wrap your head around that speed. Imagine getting from New York to Tokyo in less than a minute.

Did you know that On this day, the Tunguska meteorite fell to Earth.

What's fascinating for me is that all the energy of that prob was once part of the Sun before earth came out of it.
Except the water particles in the probe if any, as water is said to be from some other galaxy than ours.

Did you know that on this day in 1957, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce established a national holiday, Hot Dog Day?

By the way, one theory for the origin of life (I believe no one knows exactly what was going on back then, so all that is assumed are theories). When the Earth became icy, single celled organisms had to survive by creating multicellular organisms. When there are many of you and you are in the same collective, it is easier to feed. After the ice age ended, the multicellulars began to grow further.
The same principle works now.
It is still easier for us to survive when we are in a collective.
By the way is an interesting theory and I also believe that being the same principle and supporting each other making one community is much better way.

Did you know that On this day in 1903, the Ford Motor Company released its first A-series automobile for sale.

Crazy to think we’ve built something that fast and durable—space tech is on another level! Good thing it wasn’t manned, or the astronaut would’ve been toast
