Crazy to think the fastest man-made object is literally touching the Sun, and we’re still struggling with phone batteries overheating.
 
Wow, 190.7 km/s is almost impossible to comprehend. That's a fascinating piece of trivia. It makes you wonder what kind of new materials and heat shielding technology they had to invent just to make a mission like that survivable for the probe. Amazing stuff.
