Astronomy is very exciting!
The Mars probe InSight is regularly photographed by the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter to monitor the dust that is constantly settling on it. This helps to understand the nature of Martian dust.

Yeah, it's a very cool probe. I'll have to read up on its contents, by the way. As far as I know, it only collects data, and the record with names, binary code and a picture of the person seems to be a different story.

Another interesting thing is that a manhole cover could've made it to space during a nuke test.

If so it would be the first man made object in space beating the launch of sputnik by a couple months.

By the way, one theory for the origin of life (I believe no one knows exactly what was going on back then, so all that is assumed are theories). When the Earth became icy, single celled organisms had to survive by creating multicellular organisms. When there are many of you and you are in the same collective, it is easier to feed. After the ice age ended, the multicellulars began to grow further.
The same principle works now.
It is still easier for us to survive when we are in a collective.
