Got indexed 4 years ago but 0 traffic from Google. Now I have 80 clicks per day. From 0 to 80 in 2 days.

Never had such situation. May be because I don't have many backlinks and traffic.

Happens quite often. Most of the time the site is back at the bottom within a few weeks / months though
