I work in a gas station and I know one regular that comes in all the time to get his lunch. He works as an officer and I often make small talk with him because he's so serious all the time so I try to cheer him up.

Anyways we struck up convo and I was telling him about the new movie I saw and how great it was. Then he smirked at me and said "Oh, so we should see it?"..

He looked right at me when he said that and I got a bit flustered because I don't know if he referred to me and him... He was alone in the store with me because it was graveyard.

What did he mean by we? Was he asking me out or something?

(A couple other things I wanted to add- He comes in like three times each week to take his lunch with a group of other officers and most of the time he comes to the counter.

Seems shy to me/serious most of the time but he always tries to get me to talk by asking me questions... he's not so much into talking about himself for some reason. He'll look me right in the eye and try to maintain eye contact too.

What was odd is that he sometimes parks outside for a long time where he can see me through the window)

Uhmm. No. At least not yet. He's just sending them signals.

Yep, he sure was asking you out! Good luck chasing him up if you still want to take up his offer; you can still turn this around.

Sounds like a stalker to me if he parks outside for a long time
where he can see you through the window. That's creepy . . .

Yeah Wiz,
I thought it was a bit odd..

Anyhow I only wear my name tag twice in the whole 7 months I've worked there.
He even called me by my name even though I never told him it. Most customers don't even remember...

Make a conversation about girls with him, talk about them, ask a question like - "What does your wife cook?" or look at his hand for a ring, if he doesn't own one - then you're screwed. . . Unless you want it, of course.

He's flirting with you, and he's making eye contact because he's not bitch made. He also probably doesn't like talking a lot because he's introverted, not necessarily because he's creepy. Anyways, good luck. Go on a date with him if you find him attractive.

Well he is married since he sometimes wears his wedding ring. That's why I was a bit startled when he asked this. He also knows I'm married. I made a thread about him a few months back and knew from the get go that something was a bit off about him.

I ignored his comment about "we should go sometime" and said back "yeah, you should go see it" because at the time I brushed it off because I didn't realize what he said until after the convo was finished.
