Did Microsoft reinforce its security for Outlook email creation?

Hey all! I've been creating 100s of Outlook emails since 2025. My setup was using GoLogin -> residential proxy -> create the email account. It was fast, quick, and always worked.
I took a break one month ago. So, until early May, this method was still working 100%. Now, I'm going back to it, and it's not.

Been trying for a while today with different residential proxies, even older ones with cookies and all. But every time I try to create the account, I'm hitting the "Account creation has been blocked - We have detected some unusual activity and have blocked the creation of this account." I tried a lot of different proxies, good ones. It was always so easy; I never had this kind of issue before.

Has anyone also noticed this, and does anyone know anything about it?

I think so. I've just recently figured out how to mint my own outlook accounts but it was a struggle. Took me a few weeks. I'd look into mobile proxies, not residentials. Other than that, I'm still trying to figure out how to get these accounts to stay alive longer than a few days. I'm about to build out an email activity program just to throw them in and simulate activity or something.

I don't know how these people sell gmails and outlooks for like .05c a piece. It seems very difficult to me to create them and keep them alive.

A year ago, it was pretty easy to create an Outlook account, but right now it's only possible with an HQ IP and an anon browser without any leaks. Otherwise, those captcha verifications literally make you tired of doing them again and again. It's frustrating to the core
