Did BHW ban Paypal services?

Seems like all the paypal services I was following they're either all deleted or locked.

Was there sudden pressure to do this? Seems like an odd move after many years.

Any threads we have seen related to this rule have been shut down:

"3.1. Criminal, or tortious activity, including, but not limited to Hacking, Botnets, Identify Theft, Carding (credit card theft or “skimming” ), Pharma stuff (including prescription medications as defined by FDA “Orange book”), Ponzi schemes, Cash gifting, Cookie Stuffing involving fraud, Spamming techniques."
